PERBANDINGAN EFEKTIVITAS PEMBELAJARAN STASE KEPERAWATAN KOMUNITAS SECARA KONVENSIONAL SEBELUM PANDEMI COVID-19 DAN SECARA DARING SAAT PANDEMI COVID-19
COMPARISON OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF CONVENTIONAL COMMUNITY NURSING STAGE LEARNING BEFORE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND ONLINE DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Abstract
Pandemi Covid-19 yang mengharuskan bekerja dari rumah dan belajar dari rumah telah menyebabkan perubahan total metode pembelajaran keperawatan dari konvensional tatap muka menjadi 100% daring, termasuk pendidikan profesi keperawatan, termasuk stasiun keperawatan komunitas. Berbagai metode pembelajaran daring digunakan untuk memenuhi hasil belajar sesuai kurikulum yang telah ditetapkan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengevaluasi efektivitas proses pengajaran profesi ners stase keperawatan komunitas secara konvensional sebelum pandemi Covid-19 dan daring selama pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan non-equivalent control group posttest only design. Peneliti menggunakan kelompok kontrol dengan proses pembelajaran konvensional dan kelompok eksperimen dengan pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini dilakukan di STIKes Santo Borromeus 24 - 31 Juli 2022 dengan melibatkan 143 mahasiswa profesi keperawatan STIKes Santo Borromeus yang terbagi dalam dua kelas yaitu kelas A (n= 67) sebagai kelompok kontrol dan kelas B (n= 76 orang) sebagai kelompok eksperimen. Setiap kelompok menjalani pembelajaran praktik keperawatan komunitas selama 3 minggu, 1 kelompok sebelum pandemi dan 1 kelompok pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner daring menggunakan google form. Analisis data menggunakan metode TOPSIS (Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) pada kriteria prioritas untuk mengevaluasi keefektifan metode pembelajaran. Pembelajaran konvensional luring sebelum pandemi lebih efektif dari pada daring, didukung oleh 74,5% responden dengan keunggulan kemudahan dalam memahami materi dan fleksibilitas waktu pembelajaran. Institusi pendidikan ners yang menyelenggarakan pembelajaran daring untuk stase keperawatan komunitas dapat segera beralih kembali ke luring, jika telah memungkinkan.
